The Battersea Barge

Thank you for considering the Battersea Barge for your wedding.
We are available as a Licensed Wedding Venue for ceremonies or
receptions.
The Battersea Barge was built in Holland in 1932 and set sail for
France to be used a a grain barge. In the 1970s she was brought
across the Channel and renovated for a brief spell as a
permanently moored restaurant. In 1985 she was towed along
the south coast to her current mooring on the Thames in Nine
Elms, Battersea.
The Battersea Barge boasts excellent views up and down the
Thames River, Close to the Grade II listed Battersea Power
Station and within Walking Distance of Vauxhall Station.
With all catering done on site by highly experienced Chefs and
service delivered by dedicated staff we are confident you can
relax and enjoy your special day on the Battersea Barge.
The lower deck can comfortably seat 75 people and more at a
squeeze. The whole boat’s capacity is 150.
