We host only one wedding per day, ensuring you will be the focus of our attention!
The team here will do their utmost to make your day runs without a hitch, so you and your guests can relax and enjoy the celebrations.
Welcome drinks take place downstairs in The Vale Suite, overlooking the golf course. It gives your party a chance to unwind and mingle, and begin the merrymaking!
Photography takes place in the first hour or so after arrival. We transport you in our limousine golf buggy to to the many beautiful spots in the front gardens, such as the Pagoda and the Fisherman’s Jetty.
Wedding receptions take place upstairs in the Sir William Lyons Suite. Due to its elevated position it has a stunning a countryside vista. The views over the golf courses and the lake from the picture windows and the balcony are truly breathtaking in all seasons.
The function room is neutral in colour, it has a luxurious comfortable feel, elegant modern chandeliers and contains a private bar and integral dancefloor. It seats 120 persons and upto 160 for an informal or evening reception.
You can create a Wedding breakfast menu to suit your and your guests tastes, the food is locally sourced and cooked fresh by our enthusiastic Chefs.
After the speeches and cutting of the wedding cake, the room is adjusted if necessary for your evening function. There is plenty of space for a band or DJ plus additional entertainment such as photo booth or chocolate fountain – you may select and book these yourself or we can give you recommendations.
We offer four wedding packages priced in increments of ten guests – you can see at a glance how much each package costs, allowing for ease of budgeting.
In addition to each package you are welcome to add in extras to customise your big day, see the separate price list.
There are nine lakeside cabins located in the grounds, for a relaxing overnight stay to finish your experience here. The bridal couple stay in the luxury cabin, which is tucked away with a private balcony. Breakfast is served in the main clubhouse.
On site we have a health & beauty salon, The Lodge, which offers a range of therapies such as massage, reflexology, spray tans and nail extensions - perfect for wedding preparations!

The Vale Golf & Country Club is located within an area of outstanding beauty in Worcestershire, near Pershore and Evesham. It is situated close to Worcester, Stratford-upon-Avon and Cheltenham, just 11 miles from Junction 6 of the M5 motorway (Worcester).
