Hi, I'm Barry a wedding photographer based in Billericay, Essex and I photograph weddings across Essex, Hertfordshire, Kent and the whole of the UK. I welcome the opportunity of photographing your wedding whether it be close to home, or further afield in London and the surrounding counties.

I have photographed more than three hundred and fifty weddings at numerous wedding venues throughout Essex and the UK. My wedding photography approach is relaxed, unobtrusive and friendly. Most people say they hate having their photo taken, but I pride myself in putting people at ease no matter what the situation. I guess you could describe me as a traditional wedding photographer with a light touch. By that I mean I will not ask my couples or their guests to do things they are not comfortable with. I believe wedding photographers should capture the love and emotion of your wedding day and create a story of everything that happens. With that in mind I normally photograph a mixture of natural un-posed photos (reportage/documentary wedding photography), traditional wedding portraits and posed formal groups. You may choose as much or as little of the style that suits you. I like to capture the unique spirit of your wedding day, and I pay great attention to detail when it comes to capturing individual wedding images. Starting with the bridal preparations in the morning and all the little things that you have spent so much time and money on such as the flowers, the jewellery, the makeup, and hair, through to the wedding ceremony, formal groups, speeches, wedding cake and first dance. I photograph classic wedding portraits, friend & family groups and candid shots of your guests enjoying your wedding day. As a professional wedding photographer, I am acutely aware of the care that must be taken not to overwhelm my couples with too many instructions and too much time away from their guests - I will get great wedding photographs in a relatively short period, leaving time for you to enjoy with your guests.

Although I am based in Essex, I can travel almost anywhere in the UK to be part of your wedding day. I cover London, Kent, Hertfordshire, Suffolk and the whole of the South East.
