Hi, I’m LJ, (Lisa-Jane, but that’s a bit of a mouthful), and, if you hadn’t guessed it already, I kinda love photography. As a Northern Irish lass, I absolutely love stories & I find that photography is one of my favourite ways to tell them. As well as digital photography I love to shoot with my Diana camera and my Fuji Instax Polaroid and experiment with classic film photography. I originally stumbled into this career through fashion photography around 8 years ago, and have since discovered how much I love to work with and photograph people and so I began photographing weddings, couples and families. Since taking the leap of faith and going into full time self-employment two years ago I have had amazing opportunities to work with Adidas, Jeep, Bedroom Athletics, Karen Paullada (Nadine from Stella), Lucy & Rhodri Owen (BBC) and managed to pick up an award somewhere along the way! I currently live in South Wales with my hubby Luke and our adopted cat Seamus. We love to be outside, in woods, up mountains, by and in the sea, and on general adventures! I also am a big fan of coffee, fashion, films, great food and my local church. My photography takes me across the UK and beyond, and I am more than happy to travel for weddings, fashion, events etc I’d much prefer to have a conversation with you rather than all this writing malarkey so please feel free to drop me a message and let’s stick the kettle on and have a chat.
