Queen of Cakes was established by Nerys in 2010 and having attended sugarcraft classes with world renowned cake maker Peggy Porschen and Cotton and Crumbs, Nerys has developed her sugar skills to create beautiful and delicate sugar flowers which can e a beautiful keepsake of your special day.

Queen of Cakes knows how important the choosing of a wedding cake is and provides wedding cake consultations to discuss concepts, designs and of course to taste samples!
