Hi, my name is Dianne and I have been creating cakes as my full time business since 2009 but have been making cakes for many years prior to this. I specialise in bespoke wedding cakes and novelty cakes, carved cakes and caricature models made from sugar but I am very happy to work in any style.

All of my cakes are all baked from scratch in a 5 star registered and inspected kitchen and I use only the finest quality ingredients to ensure that my cakes taste just as good as they look. My range of delicious cake flavours include traditional favourites such as Madagascan vanilla sponge, chocolate sponge and lemon zest sponge, as well as a brandy soaked fruit cake, a rum and citrus soaked carrot cake, and a mouth-watering chocolate sponge laced with an Irish cream whiskey (Baileys).

I offer personal cake design consultations for couples who have a confirmed wedding date and venue. These are held in my cake studio at home where we can meet and have a chat about your cake ideas. A variety of cake samples are made available for you to take home and try in the comfort of your own home.

Dates are already beginning to fill for 2020/2021 but if you are interested in ordering a cake a £50 retainer will reserve any available date for you even if you haven't fully decided on a design ... and you don't even have to wait for a consultation to reserve the date .. just give me a call or contact me via the website so that I can check that your date is available.
