Each cake I produce is total unique, designed to your individual needs to match the colours, style and theme to your whole Wedding from the Classic design to novelty wedding cakes and anything else in between.
I trained in traditional royal icing and sugar and marzipan modelling and hold professional qualifications in bakery and confectionery. On completion of my training, I gained further experience as a specialist confectioner working at a number of Surrey's more exclusive bakery and confectionery outlets. I then chose to turn independent, whereupon being freed of the commercial pressures have been able to provide a level of personal service second to none, where every cake is as special to me as it is to you.
