Fire & Dough are a mobile pizza company who make wood-fired pizza from the back of their beautifully restored and totally awesome vintage horsebox.

The pizzas all start with the dough - Fire & Dough use a simple lean dough recipe with a 48 hour fermentation time. They then top their pizzas with the best ingredients that they can find. Their Mozzarella comes from Campania, the flour from Naples and they use the famous San Marzano tomatoes. All the other ingredients are sourced here in Britain, locally, and they vary according to the seasons.
