Head Chef and Founder Thomas Bower leads a team of passionate, enthusiastic and dedicated chefs and event specialists, all working hard to make wedding catering awesome for over 8,000 hungry guests each year. Thomas decided to be a chef at the tender age of 7. He ate Spaghetti Carbonara for the first time and knew that food was his chosen path! He has been cooking professionally for over 16 years; and at 31 years old that’s officially over half his life in the Kitchen! Thomas the Caterer were voted Best Independent Wedding Caterer in the East Midlands at The Wedding Industry Awards 2016 and he is currently the only published wedding caterer in the UK.
