When you book Balinakill Country House for your wedding or civil ceremony you have exclusive use of the entire house in which to relax and enjoy your preparations in a leisurely manner. Balinakill is the perfect location for small intimate weddings, civil/partnership ceremonies and for larger celebrations with catering for up to 150 guests. We can accomodate up to 50 for seated dining or 100 for buffet style dining within the house itslef. For larger wedding and for seated dining for over 50 guest , a marquee will be required which attaches to the side of the building.
The ceremony can take place within the house or garden, or alternatively in Clachan Church, the oldest church in Argyll still used for public worship.
We can arrange a variety of additional services such as bands, bag-pipers, florists, hairdressers, beauticians, photographers and children’s entertainment. Alternatively, you are welcome to make your own arrangements. Clachan village also offers a broad range of high quality local accommodation for additional guests.
We offer an optional Wedding Management Service and will be happy to discuss all your requirements, menus and special requests. We offer a choice of local caterers who all work from a separate catering kitchen at the back of the house.
