The Greyhound Coaching Inn and Hotel is an18th century grade II listed coaching inn with charming accommodation. We offer Wedding Packages to suit every budget within a special venue offering excellent service, food and surroundings. The unique setting and ambience of The Greyhound with its cobbled courtyard, individual character and superb cuisine provides the perfect atmosphere for your wedding whether you choose a traditional wedding breakfast and evening reception, a less formal wedding celebration or just a great big party!

Our dedicated Wedding Co-ordinator, Suzie, will work with you and your partner to create a wedding package to meet your individual requirements and your budget. The Greyhound guarantee is to deliver a wedding celebration special and unique to you.

Wedding Packages
We cater for 50 - 60 day time guests and between 80 and 100 evening guests. Our packages are designed especially for you because we understand you may want to design your own wedding reception or have a quieter wedding celebration with fewer guests. The Greyhound is very flexible and we will work with you to create your own bespoke package.

Our bespoke Wedding packages start from £300 with Wedding Breakfasts from £25 per person and buffet menus from £10.95 per person. With the help of Suzie and The Greyhound team we are confident your bespoke wedding reception at The Greyhound will make a special and memorable day for both you and your guests. To help you plan and budget, we also offer an All-Inclusive Wedding Package with a price from £3,800 which provides all you need to make your celebration special.

Room Choice
We offer a choice of two rooms for your Wedding celebrations. The Christina Room, located on the first floor caters for 50 - 60 guests. It is a beautiful room filled with light, charm and character. There is a small anteroom and balcony for your guests to mingle. Alternatively the Vaults is a uniquely different room in style and atmosphere being located in the converted cellar of The Greyhound. The Vaults caters for between 30 - 40 guests.

Accommodation
We have 33 ensuite bedrooms, each with its own charm and individual character that you'd expect in an 18th century coaching inn. Our Wedding Packages include complimentary Bridal Suite (4-poster bedroom) as well as special accommodation rates for all wedding guests including a Full English Breakfast.

Catering
Our in-house Chefs provide superb cuisine to suit every taste. You can select from our sample Wedding Breakfasts or work with our Head Chef to design your own menu. Our menus are complemented by an extensive wine list. For your evening reception we can turn any of the rooms into a party venue complete with dance floor, disco, bar and hot or cold buffet meal.
