We are surrounded by exquisite views, and are renowned for our excellent service, and superb facilities, which include a health suite and an award-winning spa; East Sussex National Hotel makes your dream become reality. Your wedding day is as important to us as it is to you; our aim is to make sure you receive the best service from our AA rated Four Star Hotel. Our fantastic views across the South Downs create a magical setting for your photographs, and for those wishing to get married on-site, we have a civil licence that enables you to have the entire day under one roof, or even outdoors – convenient, cost effective and a day that you’ll cherish forever.

There are three suites which hold a civil ceremony license; the Lynx Suites seating up to 250, and the Pavilion with a capacity of 150. For smaller ceremonies we can divide the Lynx Suites into smaller units. There is also the option of an outside ceremony under our Birdcage on the lawns. Our largest space, the National Suite can accommodate up to 270 guests for a seated wedding breakfast or 400 for a reception. We also offer a dry hire option on selected dates.
