The Belsfield Hotel was built in 1845 as a private residence for Baroness Von
Sternberg. The house was then acquired by the steel magnate Henry Schneider in
1869 and converted to a hotel in 1892. Today, The Belsfield Hotel boasts 62 Laura Ashley designer bedrooms,
with preferential rates available for wedding guests.
