Family owned, the Out Barn is based on our organic farm of 360 acres, it is open 50 weeks of the year and could be exclusively yours for a week end in which to host the wedding of your dreams. The barn will accommodate 100 guests comfortably for a seated wedding breakfast or up to 120 for a more informal buffet. The Out Barn has stunning uninterrupted views of the iconic Pendle Hill and the surrounding farmland. There are many special secluded places to have memorable photos.

The Out Barn is exclusively yours for your wedding, along with “The Old Diary” the tastefully furnished wedding cottage in the main farm yard. You do not share the venue with others nor are you overlooked by others, and our setting is totally private – a secluded place, down its own private lane. You have time to prepare for your wedding celebrations by making use of the day before to deck the venue and share time with close family and friends. Equally you can extend your hire of the barn to the day after giving you time to say leisurely good byes by perhaps organising a Sunday brunch using one of our catering partners.
