The house offers 10 luxurious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, providing accommodation for up to 20 guests. A full butler service and luxury breakfast is provided for overnight guests. The breakfasts, prepared in-house by our own chef, contain high quality locally, where possible, sourced produce.
In addition to the accommodation in the main house, Gilmerton Lodge, a 3-bedroomed detached period property just outside the main gates to Gilmerton House provides further 5-star accommodation for up to 6 guests. When hired as additional accommodation, the lodge guests can also enjoy breakfast in Gilmerton House.

The Rose Garden offers a superb venue for a marquee-based wedding reception and can accommodate large numbers.
