From a formal wedding breakfast to an informal evening reception, the Pavilion provides a modern, air conditioned, flexible space that can accommodate up to 250 banquet style or 400 persons buffet mix and mingle.
The hire gives you sole use of the Hall from the afternoon prior to your big day so that you have plenty of time to set up and decorate to your heart’s desire.
We are very happy to provide all your catering needs and have enclosed some sample menus in our wedding folder, these are by no means a limit on what we can provide and we encourage you to discuss your requirements with our caterer.
Should you wish to provide your own catering, our large well equipped kitchen and crockery are all part of the hire fee, all we ask is for a small returnable damage deposit.
We provide a fully licensed staffed bar as part of the hire, open at times to suit you and your guests. If you wish to provide your own wine with the meal, that’s fine but we will charge a reasonable corkage fee, which includes chilling and disposal of your empties
Subject to your numbers the Pavilion is large enough to section off areas to provide a children’s area or just a chill out area with comfy sofas and arm chairs.
Our sound system will happily meet any back ground music needs you have plus a flexible stage system to meet any size live band or disco.
The Pavilion is located on the County Show Ground which enjoys good road links and parking for up to 200 cars. With an airstrip on the doorstep, guest can fly in, you could arrange a fly past or even jet off for your honeymoon.
