We have a variety of wedding packages and options for you to choose from, plus we also have the opportunity to offer you a completely bespoke wedding service. Thornbury Castle is available for Wedding Ceremonies, Vowel Renewals & Blessings.
We have several rooms that are licensed for Wedding Ceremonies. Inclusive of the cost of Ceremony Room Hire is a long & low floral arrangement for the registrars table.

You can become “Royalty” for the day and have your very own castle, by taking the venue on an exclusive basis from 12pm – 11am the following day.
Having exclusivity allows you to be more bespoke and create the day of your dreams.

For couples wanting to hire the castle over a weekend we ask that you hire the hotel for a duration of 2 days, this option then lends itself perfectly for rehearsal dinners or informal BBQ’s the night prior to the wedding of family brunch or Sunday Lunch the day after the wedding before saying your fond farewells.

If you are planning on having a larger wedding, you may hire a marquee for your day when exclusivity is taken, this would be the responsibility of the couple to organise.

Our North Wing incorporates our Tudor Hall, Boyling House & Great Oven along with
7 individual bedchambers.

We are very proud to offer our Tudor Hall as there’s nothing quite like it in the country. It is a magnificent room, which is guaranteed to elicit gasps of wonder from your guests. The room features an impressive mullioned window, stone walls adorned with tapestries & paintings, and a huge original fireplace. The Tudor Hall can accommodate up to 66 guests for a sit down wedding breakfast and 100 guests for an evening reception.
