Like the majority of weddings, I experienced some stresses, hiccups and financial issues. I consider myself to be a calm person but the last few days were hectic and looking back I wish I’d hired a wedding planner. I now specialise in full planning; creating beautifully styled and perfectly planned events. Helping you to not only enjoy the planning process, but also helping you to save money and time so you can enjoy your special day.

I’m Natalie Hewitt Wedding & Event planner! I love my job and I have been incredibly lucky so far in my career to have worked for some amazing clients and with some very talented suppliers. I have had the privilege of being featured in magazines, blog, have been an expert contributor for BBC Nottingham radio and BBC Look North and was a Regional finalist for the Wedding Industry Awards 2016.

I started my career working in the customer service and hospitality industry, planning corporate and charity events before graduating from university with a Law Degree (LLB Hons). I then moved into administration, where I worked as a PA for a small business owner, helping to grow the company into a national corporation.

As organised as I am, I have a creative flare (which just couldn’t be tamed,) so when Ben proposed, back in 2008, I discovered an industry that incorporated all of my arty passions; flowers, photography, cool fonts, diamonds, fashion, cakes etc. I had found my calling! After a few years spent planning my own wedding, gaining a diploma in Wedding Planning (with distinction) and immersing myself in the wedding industry, I officially launched my own business at the end of 2012.

Based in the beautiful rural Lincolnshire, I am busy designing and planning weddings, events and styled shoots across the surrounding counties (Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire & Cambridgeshire). From small and intimate to large and lavish weddings, no day is the same. I love my job and I am so passionate about what I do. By making my clients planning experience fun but stress free and the event memorable, I feel I have done what I set out to achieve; and my clients’ testimonials speak for themselves.

And when I’m not planning weddings, you’ll find me at home with my little girl, hubby and westie. When Annie’s in bed, I love curling up on the sofa with a glass of prosecco to read a fashion or interior magazine, in peace and quiet!
