At File and Forge you can create your very own wedding rings, we offer one day workshops for couples who want to make their own wedding rings, whilst creating lasting memories. Your day will include one to one tutoring from one of our teachers (Sally or Emma) on how to make a silver ring, covering all the basic skills you will need. Before progressing onto the metal of your choice.

Prior to your workshop we will be in contact with you to book a date suitable for you, discuss your ring requirements and offer advise. Our workshop is located in a beautiful rural location with plenty of free parking and local friendly pubs nearby. Refreshments will be on offer throughout the day and celebrate with a glass of bubbly at the end.

Your rings will need to be hallmarked, please allow up to 2 weeks for this.
Quotes and prices can be tailored to your ring requirements. Approx prices are below, based on ladies size O 3mm and men's size W 6mm. Please book at least 2 weeks in advance to allow us to order the correct metal.
Unfortunately due to the very high temperature which is need to solder Platinum we are unable to offer this as an option.

We, Emma and Sally, are both experienced jewellers and tutors with a total of over 27 years of jewellery making experience between us. We offer a variety of programmes from one-day taster sessions to advanced courses over a number of weeks and would like to share our jewellery making skills with you.
